I do these sessions because thinking through hard problems with people who push back is one of the more useful things I can do with an hour. Some of my best product thinking came from a conversation with someone building in a completely different space. Come ready to argue.
Recent Impact
A health-tech founder was six months from launch with a core ML pipeline that couldn't generalize beyond their training cohort. We identified the distribution shift in one session and redesigned the validation framework. They shipped on time.
An aspiring AI PM was stuck between two competing job offers and couldn't articulate why either role was right. We mapped their actual strengths against the role requirements honestly. They took the harder job and got promoted in eight months.
An enterprise team had a GenAI POC that worked in demos but failed in production. The issue was retrieval quality on messy internal documents. One session to diagnose, two weeks to fix. They're now in rollout.
